Promise is designed for the ultimate in secure fixation. Each complete sterile package contains the components for the choice of either Type One or Type Two fixation method in accordance with the indication and surgical status.
Type One: Double Side Fixation
  • Applied without decompression.
  • Superior interspinous ligament can be preserved for better stability of the vertebra.
  • The dynamic function of the vertebra can be maintained and the patient's daily activity can be resumed.
Indication: DDD; HIVD; NIC.

Type Two: Tie Band Fixation
  • As the surgery needs to be combined with decompression which will cause larger damage of the anatomy, the tie band can be applied to increase the stability for the ultimate of clinical results post-operation.
Indication: Combined with decompression surgery; Superior interspinous ligament is damaged; Over grade 1 spondylolisthesis.
